We are committed to excellence in everything we do, ensuring that every task is executed correctly the first time. By continually improving our operations through data-driven insights from our ERP system, RocketOS, we minimise waste—be it time, food, or money.

We believe that success is achieved through collaboration and mutual support. Our team works together to be the best we can be, providing coaching, emotional support, and straightforward feedback to help each member thrive, whether they’re with us for six months or six years.
Making an impact:
We aim to embed measurable impact into our business model, from financial sustainability to environmental responsibility. As we grow, we’re committed to supporting our community—whether through donations to food banks, creating opportunities for those with less experience, or reducing our environmental footprint in meaningful ways.
As we move into our fourth year of operation, we are focused on measuring and maximising our impact, ensuring that our growth benefits not only our company but also the city of Bristol and its people.
We are currently on the path to becoming a certified B-corp and as part of this we will publish our annual impact reports in this section of our website.
